Inspection
We get on the roof, walk every section, photograph the condition of tiles, capping, flashing, valleys, gutters and downpipes.
Minor fixes on the spot
Slipped tiles re-laid, gutters cleared, weep holes unblocked. Up to 10 broken tiles replaced as part of the standard service.
Written report
We send through a clear summary of what we did, what's flagged for monitoring, and what (if anything) needs scheduled work, with prices.

How much does a roof service cost?
$300 + GST for a single-storey home. Double-storey, steep-pitch or jobs requiring tree pruning are quoted separately so you're not caught out.
How often should I service my roof?
Annually for older roofs, every 2 to 3 years for newer ones. After major storms is also a good time to book an inspection.
What if you find more issues than the service covers?
We'll quote the additional work separately so you can decide. Nothing extra happens without your sign-off.
Do you service body corporate properties?
Yes. We service townhouse blocks, body corporates and facility-managed properties across Melbourne's west. We can invoice the body corporate or strata manager directly.
Will you replace tiles that are about to fail, not just broken ones?
Yes. As part of the inspection we flag tiles that are cracked, mortared in poorly or sitting on a damaged batten. Replacing those proactively costs the same as replacing them after they leak.
