Do you offer a warranty on roof repairs?
Small repairs typically don't carry a specific warranty (the tile manufacturer covers the materials). Full roof restorations come with a written 10-year warranty.
What types of roofs do you work on?
We specialise in tiled roofs (concrete and terracotta). We also handle Colorbond, slate and sheet roofs.
How long does a repair take?
Most repairs are completed in 30 minutes to a couple of hours. Bigger jobs (rebedding sections, replacing flashing or valley iron) take longer. We give a time estimate with the quote.
What does a roof repair cost?
Roof inspections and repairs start at $150 + GST, which usually covers most small jobs. Larger repairs are quoted on inspection. We'll never start work without a price you've agreed to.
When should I replace rather than repair?
Roofs with widespread damage, missing tiles across multiple sections, sagging structure or repeated leaks are candidates for replacement. We'll always tell you straight if replacement is the better call.
Can you match old tile colour?
Yes for the common concrete tile profiles still in production. For older or discontinued tiles we source matched second-hand stock or, if matching is impossible, recommend coating the section so the repair blends in.
