Prep & clean
Tarps protect gardens, paths and pool areas. Pressure clean lifts decades of grime, moss and old coating to bare tile.
Repair & rebed
Broken tiles replaced with matched stock. Ridge and hip capping rebedded in fresh mortar. Repoint applied for a flexible weather seal.
Coat & finish
Sealer, then two coats of protective membrane in your chosen colour. Walk-around with you, gutter clean, full site tidy. Warranty in writing.

How long does a full restoration take?
Most restorations are 3 to 5 days, weather permitting. Larger or steeper roofs can take a little longer. We give you a clear timeline before we start and update you if weather pushes anything out.
What does it cost?
Restorations generally fall between $3,000 and $6,000 depending on roof size, condition, pitch and access. Every roof is different, so we provide a free no-obligation quote after inspecting. We never start without a price you've agreed to.
Do you work on terracotta and concrete tiles?
Yes. Both. We restore concrete and terracotta tiled roofs across Melbourne's west. We also do Colorbond restoration and cleaning.
How do I know if my roof needs restoration or replacement?
We inspect first. Most roofs that look bad don't need replacing, just a proper restoration. We'll be upfront if a replacement is the better call. Roofs with sagging structure, widespread tile damage or repeated leaks across multiple sections are usually candidates for replacement.
Is there really a 10-year warranty?
Yes, in writing. Every full restoration comes with a written 10-year warranty covering the membrane and rebedding work.
Will it look like a new roof?
Yes. The pressure clean lifts decades of fade and grime. Cracked tiles are replaced. The two-coat membrane comes in modern colour options that look indistinguishable from new. Most clients are stunned at the before-and-after.
What if it rains during the job?
We never apply membrane in the rain. If weather pushes a coat day, we lock the roof down weather-tight and resume when conditions are right. Every restoration is sealed up at the end of every day so no water gets in.
